Chapter 1 achievement checklist
Breathedge 2 has 39 achievements in Early Access Chapter 1. They cover optional puzzles, repairs, unusual interactions and cumulative collecting goals. Use the checklist to track the actual unlock action for each one.
Open the in-game Rewards screen to view the stat bonuses for Click-click, Go down in history, Patient, Biometrics, Deja vu, Medalist and What Did You Expect?.

| Hoodlum | Unscrew 10 light bulbs across your exploration. Heat Protection +5. |
| Gangsta | Provoke police bots and trigger a chase 20 times. Physical Protection +2. |
| People person | Inspect 10 corpses by interacting with and pulling them toward you. Maximum Oxygen +30. |
| Bum rival | Retrieve 20 items from trash cans. Maximum Stamina +10. |
| Ladies’ man | Recover the glove across the railroad and return it to the spacesuited corpse near the end of the rails. Maximum Thirst +10. |
| Prankster | After the first main quest unlocks the phone, call the anti-terrorism hotline, choose option 3 and remain on the call for about five minutes. Maximum Oxygen +10. |
| Safe content | Move the four yellow playground mannequins into lockers and close them inside. Radiation Protection +10. |
| Visitor | Step inside all seven toilets around the Outskirts. Fatigue Drain −5%. |
| Hunting Instinct | Use Sui’s mechanical arm to pull 10 moles out of hiding places. Carry Weight +10. |
| Jacked | Complete 10 interactions with the urological exercise machine. Flight Speed +5%. |
| Traditional Values | Use Scrap to destroy the love locks on the railing near the train debris. Maximum Health +10. |
| Consistency | Recover the large floating number 4 near the station and place it on the incomplete sign. Oxygen Consumption −5%. |
| Attendant | Find the damaged Attendant’s missing body parts near the station and return them to her base to finish the repair. Physical Protection +2. |
| Gladiator | Start Battle for the Mattress with the Bum and defeat him through the encounter’s rounds. Maximum Health +10. |
| Happy whatever! | Drink 50 bottles of Alcohol in total. Radiation Protection +10. |
| Hehehehehe | Drink 10 bottles of Alcohol back-to-back. Thirst Drain −5%. |
| Slave to the Stomach | Recycle 100 nutrients through the Nutri-Pack-O-Mat. Hunger Drain −5%. |
| Curious | Remove your helmet in open space, then put it back on as soon as the achievement triggers. Flight Speed +5%. |
| Conehead | Take the traffic cone being used as a helmet and equip it on your own head. Fatigue Drain −5%. |
| Honorary vandal | Destroy 200 valid objects with Scrap across your playthrough. Damage Dealt +5. |
| Shipbuilder | Repair the rocket toilet off the train rails and launch the Thronehauler. Oxygen Consumption −5%. |
| System Administrator | Inside PornHubble, destroy the four small caches beside the main panel, then the larger cache opposite. Cold Protection +5. |
| Weird toilet | Find the unusual toilet installation and repair its damaged components. Cold Protection +10. |
| Leader | Return the missing colored floating pieces to rebuild the damaged Leader statue. Gas Reserve +20. |
| Oxyworm Collector | Collect 300 Oxyworms cumulatively. Maximum Oxygen +30. |
| Now That’s a Snowman! | During the ambient-temperature progression, follow the yellow pipes beneath the station, repair the gas lamp, clear the ice and recover the parts to rebuild the snowman. Cold Protection +5. |
| Alphabet | After the antenna repair, find the missing I, C and L near the Taxi sign and reinstall them. Thirst Drain Rate −5%. |
| Click-click | Repeatedly use the toilet-light controls in the opening train car until the bulb burns out. |
| Go down in history | Recover the three clay pieces around the platforms near the toilet area and finish the eco-sculpture. |
| Patient | Complete the turret’s timed waiting sequence. Bring enough oxygen for the wait, which increases during the interaction. |
| Biometrics | Move the paint-covered corpse from the debris below the police station onto the nearby bench. |
| Deja vu | Enter the damaged depot bus, interact with its steering wheel and use movement controls until the achievement unlocks. |
| Medalist | Find the vehicle with a medal display near the antenna and Taxi sign, then inspect the display. |
| What Did You Expect? | Complete Fighter, then inspect the engine compartment near the wheel of that same depot bus. |
Work achievement counters into your route
- Keep Scrap ready while exploring: destroy valid junk toward Honorary vandal’s 200 objects, and collect Oxyworms toward the 300 needed for Oxyworm Collector.
- While passing the police area, build up the 20 chases for Gangsta. Inspect corpses, retrieve trash-can items and unscrew accessible bulbs as you travel.
- Save Alcohol for the cumulative drinking goal and feed spare nutrients into the Nutri-Pack-O-Mat instead of discarding them.
Group nearby achievement tasks
- Which achievements can I finish around the depot bus?
- Fighter, Deja vu and What Did You Expect? all use the bus area. Combine their interactions on a visit instead of treating each as a separate journey.
- Which achievements share the Taxi-sign route?
- Alphabet and Medalist can be handled around the antenna and Taxi sign during the same trip.
- How can I reduce cleanup for the Visitor achievement?
- Enter each toilet as soon as you find it. Several toilet-related activities overlap with Visitor, so visiting the interiors during exploration reduces later backtracking.
